At Contemporary Wall Mirrors, successful delivery of your chosen products is of crucial importance to us. Above all, we want you to be happy with your purchase, that it gets to you in perfect condition, and within the stated time frame.

 

Our Method of Despatch


Sending a mirror through a national courier network does not meet with the standards that we set out to provide you with. Our method of despatch is through a more personal privately run transport service with their own fleet of vehicles throughout the UK. On occasions, when delivering within the M25 we may use alternative single pickup or single drop off services.

 

Non UK Mainland & INTERNATIONAL DELIVERIES 

All prices quoted on the site include delivery to anywhere within the UK mainland.

For all other destinations please contact us by email or call us on 0844 4145821 and will be happy to provide an accurate delivery cost for you to anywhere in the world!

 

How Quickly?


Goods supplied within the UK mainland will normally be delivered within 5 working days of receipt of full payment and order being accepted. Our transport specialists will contact you by phone, in advance, to notify you of their intended delivery date and time.
In the unlikely event that your requested item has become out of stock since the time of placing the order, we will contact you within 24 hours to discuss your preferred options.
Should you require express delivery then please contact us by email and we will respond as quickly as we can. 

Accepting your delivery


Please ensure you thoroughly check your items for any damage at the point of delivery. Once goods are accepted signed or not signed for, no responsibility can be taken by Contemporary Wall Mirrors for any loss or damage whatsoever.
In the unusual event that your item arrives damaged, please do not accept the delivery and call us for a replacement.

Items are delivered to the required delivery address only to the ground floor.

 

Packaging


The packaging is done for maximum protection and not for the "look". In many cases the mirrors are re-inspected after manufacture and therefore the packaging has been re-taped. This reduces the amount of new packaging which in turn helps to reduce waste. Most of the packaging is recyclable.


Returns and Refunds

 

We want you to be very happy with your purchases.

We will be happy to make a refund or exchange the mirror, however this excludes the delivery cost incurred in returning the item to us. Please notify us by email (returns@contemporarywallmirrors.co.uk), return the item(s) unused, in perfect condition and in the original packaging - you will be refunded in full within 30 days.
